Dr. Pugh founded Carolina Ear, Nose & Throat in 1990 after moving to Raleigh from Philadelphia. She worked in private practice there before deciding to open her own practice in North Carolina. Dr. Pugh's special interest lies in the treatment of sinus disease and she regularly strives to educate herself on the latest developments in the field. She enjoys treating adults and children with all ENT problems. Dr. Pugh lives in Raleigh with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys scuba diving with her husband and gardening.
